Unfortunately, there is no credibility. I contacted an employee named Taher to rent a car as a 2023 model, and I transferred a deposit. When I arrived at the airport, I was surprised that the car was an old 2015 model. I had to pay a $300 deposit. One time, I went out to an area an hour away and spread disbelief since the tires were old. Then I found a key for the tire, so I called the company to ask for help, and they refused. I sat with my family for 6 hours in an area cut off by cold and rain until someone came and asked for help. I paid 1,500 liras to get a key and did not finish changing the tire until midnight. When the car was delivered, the office refused to return the $300 deposit on the pretext that the car had scratches in addition to the value of the tire. Then I contacted the manager. The company's name is Muhammad, and he refused to send a refund of the full insurance amount, and $200 will be unlawfully deducted. I advise against dealing with this company, and God is a witness to what I say.
The apartment was spacious, with two bathrooms, air conditioners, and a good kitchen. The place was close to the airport and we had many services around us, and the company was very cooperative throughout our stay.
This is the first time we deal with an office to coordinate a tourism program, and frankly, it is an office distinguished by its organization, arrangement, staff, and drivers. Mr. Suhaib was very cooperative with us and responded quickly to inquiries. He organized everything for us from our arrival to the airport to our departure from the airport. Also, the driver Zafer had a cheerful spirit and a respectable person. He was like a member of the family. We must thank these two people because they were the reason for the success of our trip in Trabzon.

This is the second time I deal with the company. Three years ago in 2021... and now too. I tried their tours and car rentals. The company is distinguished by its credibility, quality, and excellent prices. The employees are also highly honest and professional, and when we forgot something in the car and asked to retrieve it, it was returned to us at the airport. A very nice experience and will definitely be repeated.I have tried this company three years ago and this year. On both occasions, I have been treated with high level of professionalism and received high quality tours/rental cars for reasonable and copetitive prices. The company and its employees are highly professional and trustworthy… highly recommended and would definitely come back again.

All reservations are according to the agreement, but I agreed with them to send me the tourist sites (as a site), not just the name, and they began to procrastinate and did not send the sites. . Another thing: I was dealing with a person named Mustafa, and when I arrived in Turkey, I was surprised by another person with Mustafa’s excuse. Unfortunately, Mustafa did not deliver the information about the previous agreement to the other person, and the reason for that was problematic.

I booked through Booking and the intermediary between Booking and the place of residence is this office.. The story is that when my reservation came on the same day, he called me and said that we have maintenance at the place of your reservation and we will change it for you with a better one and another location. He put me in a bad place, no air conditioning, late entry, and broken internet.When I called the main accommodation site, they told me that your reservation had people living in it, meaning there was no maintenance, and the employee’s name is Taher from this office, telling me about maintenance, and he surrounded the hotel with a façade of lies and manipulation. May God suffice me for him.
A very reliable company transferred the amount while I was in Kuwait and we enjoyed the wonderful trip with them.. including accommodation, breakfast and transportation with the guide. We enjoyed our stay.. the company’s office is guaranteed and they did not fail with us in anything. I advise you to deal with them with confidence, experience and safety.

Trusting an agency online is a huge challenge however we were so lucky dealing with heaven tourism! We travelled with them in a Trabzon tour for 8 days .. they have planned a daily activities with private car. The activities were the best and it was well planned ! Our tour guide was Hassan and he was the bless of our trip .. thank you Amir and Hassan from Heaven tourism for making unforgettable trip.

We had agreat experience in Trabzon with Heaven tours.We booked only the airport pickup/ dropoff and tours with (( YAREN AKYUZ)). She was very friendly and helpful all the time. First she confirmed our trip through whatsapp, then she sent the driver to pick us from airport to the office for confirmation. We booked four days: ayder tour, uzongul tour, trabzon city tour, and hedir nabi tour.But two days after we decided to change some plans and she was kindly understanding our will and had no problems in changes.The car was a white vito with a good AC and clean from insideOur driver (( BEDIRHAN )) was turkish and did not speak any english, yet he was very polite, welcoming and smiling all the time. We were supposed to have booked a yacht (the picture was of a luxury yacht) for an hour for $100, according to the website. On their way. We were surprised that the yacht is a wooden boat with a motor, the duration of the trip is 45 minutes, and the cost is $130.Meaning that nothing was false or true. Moreover, the trip was very boring and let us down. Much lower than expectations. Unfortunately, the price does not reflect the value of the experience.
