استاجرت منهم سيارة أثناء زيارتي لطرابزون استأجرت السيارة من تاريخ ٢٧ اغسطس وحتى تاريخ ٥ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٤. للأسف الشديد دفعت مبلغ اكثر على اساس يتم استرجاع وللأسف لم يسترجع.

كذلك مبلغ ضمان استئجار السيارة لم يتم استرجاعه.

كل هذي المبالغ اكملت اكثر من شهرين وكل وجودهم كذب في كذب

من اروع الشركات الي تعاملة معها السائقين قبل الوقت يكونو موجودين وتعاملهم رائع انصح فيهم بشده هذا اول تعامل لي معهم ومستحيل يكون الاخير 😍😍😍

They were dealt with in Trabzon and Istanbul
The drivers are good. During a period of 11 days, 6 drivers passed, the best of whom was Abu Mustafa in Istanbul.

The company does not care about the client. I was going on a honeymoon and asked them to prepare rooms for the newlyweds. They told me to give good news and nothing happened. I booked a cabin through them in a grove called Mirror Land. The cabin turned out to be dead and dirty, and we placed it on the river’s water. The drain to drain the shower water did not drain, and the water was cut off for a period of almost a long time.

On my return from Istanbul, I text a new driver who does not know Arabic and he wants to take me to an airport other than the airport I am supposed to travel from. I try to contact them but there is no response. I strongly do not recommend working with them.

لقد قمت بمشاركة مقطع فيديو رائع للشقة أثناء إجراء الحجز. وعندما وصلت صدمت بكمية القمامة والبيئة القذرة.. كانت كارثة وصدمة لي ولعائلتي.. لم نتمكن من الانتظار هناك لمدة خمس دقائق بسبب الرائحة الكريهة والأثاث المتسخ والجدران ، الأبواب المكسورة، … الخ

على اني لقيتهم بالصدفة و كنت متخوفة في البداية بس الحمد لله كانو مرة متعاونين في كل شي
كنت حاجزة كوخ عن طريقهم ولما وصلت الكوخ عطوني الموظفين غرفة غير اللي حجزتها وقلت لهم مو هاذي اللي حجزت ورفضو يغيرونها لي
ولما كلمت الاستاذة هيا من الشركة و على طول خلال اقل من ٥ دقايق تواصلت مع أصحاب الكوخ و بدلو لي الغرفة زي ما حجزت ❤️

أفضل تجربة في حياتي. التقينا بالسيد أونور كورت من شركة Heaven Tourism. لقد كان محترفًا ومهتمًا ومحترمًا في جميع الأوقات. إنه سائق خبير وظل هادئًا وصبورًا دائمًا. تمكنا من مشاهدة غروب الشمس في البحر الأسود، وذلك بفضل مهاراته في القيادة الآمنة والموثوقة. حتى أنه أخذنا إلى الأماكن خارج طريقه وانتظرنا في كل مكان توقفنا فيه لالتقاط الصور. يضع الموسيقى المطلوبة في السيارة ويجعل الرحلة لا تُنسى. أوصي به بشدة من شركة Heaven Tourism لأنه اهتم باحتياجات عملائه جيدًا. أنا بشكل عام راضٍ وسعيد للغاية لأننا حجزنا مع شركة Heaven Tours ولحسن الحظ وجدنا سائقًا خبيرًا مثله. شكرا مرة اخرى.

May God reward them and bless their livelihood. I was initially afraid of booking because I found the company’s link on Google without anyone’s recommendation and I booked with them... the highest level of respect, credibility and ethics. Dealing with them is flexible and excellent and the response is very fast from customer service... Sister Haya Ghareeb from the department Reservations are what we had on the schedule...the highest level of ethics, credibility, and dealings, and did not fall short in everything. We took a van with a driver and a schedule to cities or villages next to Trabzon, such as Uzungol, Hamskoy, and Rize. The drivers’ behavior is very excellent, honest, and respectful. They spend approximately 8 to 10 hours with us daily.
I recommend dealing with the company, and God willing, we will recommend it to everyone we know

Fast dealing, flexibility, and punctuality, and I consider them the cheapest and the best. More than once I rented a car with a very nice driver, especially the coordinator. May God make her happy and successful, and she speaks Arabic. An excellent experience and I strongly recommend it

للأسف لايوجد مصداقيةًتواصلت مع موظف اسمه طاهر لاستئجار سيارة على أنها موديل 2023وقمت بتحويل عربون وعند وصولي للمطار تفاجأت بأن السيارةًقديمةًموديل 2015 واضطررت لدفع تأمين 300دولار كتأمين وفي أحد المرات خرجت إلى منطقة تبعد ساعة وبنشر الكفر بما أن الكفرات كانت قديمةًوام أجد مفتاح للعجل فاتصلت بالشركة لطلب المساعدة ورفضوا وجلست مع عائلتي 6 ساعات بمنطقةًمقطوعة بالبرد والمطر إلى أن حضر شخص وطلب المساعدة ودفعت 1500 ليرة من أجل احضار مفتاح ولم انتهي إلي منتصف الليل من تبديل الإطار وعند تسليم السيارة رفض المكتب إعادة مبلغ التأمين 300دولار بحجة إن السيارة فيها خدوش بالإضافة لقيمة الإطار ثم تواصلت مع مدير الشركة اسمه محمد ورفض إرسال اعادة مبلغ التأمين كامل وسيتم خصم 200دولار دون وجه حق أنصح بعدم التعامل مع هذه الشركة والله على ما أقول شهيد

This is the first time we deal with an office to coordinate a tourism program, and frankly, it is an office distinguished by its organization, arrangement, staff, and drivers. Mr. Suhaib was very cooperative with us and responded quickly to inquiries. He organized everything for us from our arrival to the airport to our departure from the airport. Also, the driver Zafer had a cheerful spirit and a respectable person. He was like a member of the family. We must thank these two people because they were the reason for the success of our trip in Trabzon.

هذه المرة الثانية التي اتعامل فيها مع الشركة. قبل ثلاث سنوات في ٢٠٢١… والان ايضا. جربت عندهم الجولات السياحية وجربت عندهم تأجير السيارات. الشركة تتميز بالمصداقية والجودة والأسعار المميزة، كما أن الموظفين على قدر عال من الامانة والاحترافية وعندما نسينا شيئا في السيارة وطلبنا استرجاعه اعاده إلينا في المطار. تجربة جميلة جدا وستتكرر بالتأكيد.

I have tried this company three years ago and this year. On both occasions, I have been treated with high level of professionalism and received high quality tours/rental cars for reasonable and copetitive prices. The company and its employees are highly professional and trustworthy… highly recommended and would definitely come back again.

All reservations are according to the agreement, but I agreed with them to send me the tourist sites (as a site), not just the name, and they began to procrastinate and did not send the sites. . Another thing: I was dealing with a person named Mustafa, and when I arrived in Turkey, I was surprised by another person with Mustafa’s excuse. Unfortunately, Mustafa did not deliver the information about the previous agreement to the other person, and the reason for that was problematic.

I booked through Booking and the intermediary between Booking and the place of residence is this office.. The story is that when my reservation came on the same day, he called me and said that we have maintenance at the place of your reservation and we will change it for you with a better one and another location. He put me in a bad place, no air conditioning, late entry, and broken internet.
When I called the main accommodation site, they told me that your reservation had people living in it, meaning there was no maintenance, and the employee’s name is Taher from this office, telling me about maintenance, and he surrounded the hotel with a façade of lies and manipulation. May God suffice me for him.

A very reliable company transferred the amount while I was in Kuwait and we enjoyed the wonderful trip with them.. including accommodation, breakfast and transportation with the guide. We enjoyed our stay.. the company’s office is guaranteed and they did not fail with us in anything. I advise you to deal with them with confidence, experience and safety.

اول مره نجرب نسافر مع شركة سياحية، لكن التجربة كانت فوق الممتازة واعطيها ١٠/١٠ لعدة اسباب. اولاً المصادقية والثقة عالية جداً، ثانياً المرونة في التعامل على حسب رغبة الزبون، ثالثاً الاسعار ممتازة مقارنه بالسوق وفي هذا اشكر الموظف طارق جداً جداً على تعاونه معانا حتى خارج ساعات العمل واشكر السائق جمال على مرونته معانا يومياً طوال الرحلة و تنفيذه لرغباتنا وطلباتنا بكل رحابة صدر 👏🏻

الشركة عادية .. اينعم في انتظام في الوقت والتوصيل لكن السواقين لا يتكلمون العربية ولا الانجليزية للاسف والسيارات عادية لايوجد فيها اي رفاهية .. الدفع كان مقدما و حجزت رحلة للاسف حصلتلي ظروف ولغيتها تكلفت ١٢٥ دولار وللاسف غلطوني اني انا اللي لغيت الرحلة ولم يرجعولي اي مبلغ .. الاستاذ محمد كان ذوق في البداية حتى هذا الموقف رد علي رد مقتضب و تركني ولم يعتذر .. لا اوصي بالتعامل معهم للاسف

Trusting an agency online is a huge challenge however we were so lucky dealing with heaven tourism! We travelled with them in a Trabzon tour for 8 days .. they have planned a daily activities with private car. The activities were the best and it was well planned ! Our tour guide was Hassan and he was the bless of our trip .. thank you Amir and Hassan from Heaven tourism for making unforgettable trip.

We had agreat experience in Trabzon with Heaven tours.
We booked only the airport pickup/ dropoff and tours with (( YAREN AKYUZ)). She was very friendly and helpful all the time. First she confirmed our trip through whatsapp, then she sent the driver to pick us from airport to the office for confirmation. We booked four days: ayder tour, uzongul tour, trabzon city tour, and hedir nabi tour.
But two days after we decided to change some plans and she was kindly understanding our will and had no problems in changes.
The car was a white vito with a good AC and clean from inside
Our driver (( BEDIRHAN )) was turkish and did not speak any english, yet he was very polite, welcoming and smiling all the time. He never complained about our delays and he was always on time and never late
He also was very well known of all the streets.
We loved our experience with heaven tours and definitely recommending them

I have booked a full 2 weeks package with heaven tourism and I am very pleased with the level of services and professionalizim. Our travel agent Ms Ikram took a good care of us from the first moment we approached the agency to help us plan our trip till the last day in our stay in Turkey. لقد حجزت حزمة كاملة لمدة أسبوعين مع شركة السياحة الجنة وأنا راض جدًا عن مستوى الخدمات والاحترافية. قام وكيل السفر الخاص بنا، الآنسة إكرام، برعايتنا بشكل جيد منذ اللحظة الأولى التي تقدمنا فيها إلى الوكالة لمساعدتنا في تخطيط رحلتنا وحتى اليوم الأخير في إقامتنا في تركيا. كانت متاحة طوال رحلتنا بأكملها وكانت على رأس الأمور وجعلت عطلتنا سهلة وممتعة ولا تُنسى. شكرًا لكم على جهودكم جميعًا.

We were supposed to have booked a yacht (the picture was of a luxury yacht) for an hour for $100, according to the website. On their way. We were surprised that the yacht is a wooden boat with a motor, the duration of the trip is 45 minutes, and the cost is $130.
Meaning that nothing was false or true. Moreover, the trip was very boring and let us down. Much lower than expectations. Unfortunately, the price does not reflect the value of the experience.

اخدت من شركة هيفن احسن الفنادق و البرامج السياحية كانت في المستوى . كان تعامل الموضفين جدا راقي اضافة الى حسن اخلاق السايقين وخبرتهم في الاماكن السياحية . انصح بتعامل مع شركة هيفن و بشدة

سافرت مع الشركه بهالصيف وكان اختيار جدا موفق ولله الحمد .. استقبال وتوديع ورحلات كلها منظمه وبالوقت والاخت اكرام كانت متابعه معنا بكل التفاصيل لغايه ما وصلنا المطار 🥰❤️ بجد الله يعطيهم العافيه
