I dealt with them and it was the worst trip in my life. I swear to God, those who withdraw money from you forget to care. I was on a trip for two people. One time they brought me a 30-seater bus for me and my wife, and we got very tired on the way. Then I forgot to see all the tourist places quickly so that you can finish quickly and they will take you back. I would never advise anyone, especially Arabs. And the Gulf people.

We had agreat experience in Trabzon with Heaven tours.We booked only the airport pickup/ dropoff and tours with (( YAREN AKYUZ)). She was very friendly and helpful all the time. First she confirmed our trip through whatsapp, then she sent the driver to pick us from airport to the office for confirmation. We booked four days: ayder tour, uzongul tour, trabzon city tour, and hedir nabi tour.But two days after we decided to change some plans and she was kindly understanding our will and had no problems in changes.The car was a white vito with a good AC and clean from insideOur driver (( BEDIRHAN )) was turkish and did not speak any english, yet he was very polite, welcoming and smiling all the time. He never complained about our delays and he was always on time and never lateHe also was very well known of all the streets.We loved our experience with heaven tours and definitely recommending them

She was accessible throughout the entire experience and was on top of things and made our vacation a smooth, enjoyable and memorable one. Our travel agent, Miss Ikram, took good care of us from the first moment we approached the agency to help us plan our trip until the last day of our stay in Turkey. We were supposed to have booked a yacht (the picture was of a luxury yacht) for an hour for $100, according to the website. On their way. We were surprised that the yacht is a wooden boat with a motor, the duration of the trip is 45 minutes, and the cost is $130.Meaning that nothing was false or true. Moreover, the trip was very boring and let us down. Much lower than expectations. Unfortunately, the price does not reflect the value of the experience.
